Primer creates a barrier between your skin and the makeup. It’s basically a surface for the makeup to sit on and stick to. That way it won’t slip and smudge. The Bobbi Brown face base doubles as a moisturizer and makeup primer. It contains Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane, Shea Butter, and Vitamins B, C, and E. Using an orange color corrector on dark spots will neutralize the discoloration.
